Refund policy

Cancellation

You can cancel the order within 12 hours from when the order sent, AND before the payment done. Please contact via email or use contact form. After that you will not be able to cancel the order for whatever reason.

You can cancel the order after receiving the product, only when the product was defective, wrong item delivered. You have to contact us within 7 days after the package is delivered. We will not accept cancellation for customer's preferences.

Cancellation will not be accepted when: 

• Package opened or product used
• After 7 days from the package is delivered
• Product damaged by customer
• Product without package
• Made-to-order product

Refund

You will receive refund by the method you paid. Transaction fee may be deducted from the amount when you use international bank transfer.

Shipping cost to return the product will be responsible for the customer for whatever reason.
